Teaching Kitchen: Culinary Adventure

Open to: Entering Grades 7-8 

Program Description: 

This dynamic cooking and food systems program is for Middle School students who are curious about how our food is made, from farm to table. Students will hone their culinary techniques in our onsite commercial kitchen, prepare meals from scratch with their peers, and learn about how our food is made and distributed during excursions to local growers, food producers, and markets. Lunch is included daily.

Registration closes Saturday, March 1, 2025. Please note that programs will run pending sufficient enrollment.

Refunds, subject to a $100 Administration Fee, are available until May 16, 2025.
