Staying in Relationship - SCS EDI Conference 2026

St. Clement’s School invites colleague schools to the seventh gathering in our ongoing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) conference series - Staying in Relationship: Holding Community Under Pressure.

This year's conference will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at SCS (21 St. Clements Avenue).

Schools are long-term communities; students, educators, parents, leaders, and board members continue learning and living alongside one another long after tension, disagreement, or discomfort occurs. Staying in Relationship explores what capacities help school communities remain connected, supportive, and functional under those conditions.

The cost to attend the conference is $950 per school. Each school may bring up to 15 conference attendees, and will ideally be a mix of students, faculty, staff, admin, parents, board members, and alums.
